Pee Wee
Every component of the National tennis Program has been created specifically for your player; from the short court they plan on, the smaller racquets and foam balls they use, to the entertaining way they learn the game. By matching the game to their size and athletic ability Pee Wee tennis lets your child enjoy tennis from their very first lesson.

Super Stars
The basic fundamentals with an emphasis on fun and developing the proper stroke mechanics, grips and footwork will be covered in this class. Regulation balls and net size will be used on a full-length half court.

Novice (ages 8-12)
The novice level is geared toward the player who has some exposure to the basics of tennis. Students will work on full court stroke mechanics and serves while concentration on half court consistency drills. The novice level will prepare the student for full court tennis, the rules of the game and good sportsmanship.

Tournament Training (ages 9-13)
The Tournament Training level is for the student who can now play full court tennis. Students can keep ground stroke rallies going with control and consistency, volley short and deep into the court, and serve with consistency and control from the baseline. In addition, these students will begin the basic fundamentals of tennis specialty shots: lobs, drop shots, and approach shots & overheads. Basic doubles strategy will also be introduced at the level. The Tournament Training level student is ready for leagues, tournaments, and team tennis.

Junior Excellence (ages 10-14)
This program is designed to meet the challenge of training the serious young junior tennis player. Students will be trained to use topspin and slice ground strokes while maintaining control and consistency in their game. Volleys, approach shots, and overheads are strengthened for match play. While finesse shots (lobs & drop shots) are also fine-tuned. Students will be taught the fundamental of topspin, slice, and flat serves, as well as when to use each one in match play. Intermediate singles and doubles strategy will be taught while still emphasizing control and consistency in the game.

High School Novice (ages 13-18)

Davis Cup
The Davis Cup Program is designed to help the advanced junior tennis player in High School and tournament match play. Offensive and defensive tactics, using all the advanced stroke mechanics taught in previous levels are used to help strengthen the Davis Cup player’s game plan. The following topics will be covered in the Davis Cup Program.
