Built in 1993, River City now provides the Peoria youth with a place to call their own and is home to one of the best gymnastics facilities in Central Illinois. River City is about promoting better health, better fitness and better grades. Our your actvities incorporates aerobic exercise, strength training, and stretching.Youth programs offered and includes many curricular activities to keep your children busy throughout the year. With a state-of-the-art Gymnastics Facility for both Recreation and Team Gymnastics. We also offer martial arts, a four lane 25 yard indoor pool for lessons \ open swim, ping pong and a basketball, volleyball court. The YOUTH FITNESS CENTER is designed to keep your children busy through out the year. Fully supervised babysitting services are provided for the convenience of our members. With CHILDHOOD OBESITY ON THE RISE the Clubs at River City have designed a class especially for children ages 4 – 9 years. Our youth activities are designed to teach kids the benefits of exercise and healthy eating, and to have FUN!
