Who we are...

We at The Clubs at River City believe personal training is one of the best ways to help members reach their fitness goals. Whether you want to gain lean muscle mass, lose weight or even increase your strength, stamina and energy, personal training is a great way to get the most out of your workout time and effort.

At The Clubs at River City, all of our Personal Trainers have achieved high levels of proficiency within the fitness industry. All of our trainers have a bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field and/or a national certification. They are trained to develop and supervise a training program tailored to meet your specific goals, whatever they may be.

Benefits of Personal Training:
• Achieve your personal fitness goals faster
• Develop an understanding of exercising more efficiently
• Understand the action of your body and its limitations
• Become more knowledgeable about nutrition, core stability and efficiency
• Understand your risk factors for disease and learn how to minimize them

Personal training is available for members and non-members alike on a one-on-one basis, partner training or group training ranging from 5-10 participants.
