Body Attack- A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. The high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization movements.
Body Pump- The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises.
Body Step- An energizing step workout that make you feel liberated and alive. It is the ultimate way to give your body a high-energy cardio blast and tone the hips and thighs. With over 2,000 steps per session, you will see results in record time.
Body Vive- A low impact group fitness workout that lets you choose how hard you work. Using Vive balls, Vive tubes, and optional hand weights, you are talked step by step through the entire class while listening to uplifting and inspiring music.
Body Combat- An empowering workout where you are totally unleashed. This workout is inspired by martial arts.
RPM- An indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within- sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Spinning- A 45-minute stationary cycling class where a motivating instructor takes you on a journey of flats and hills. This is a fun cardio class, and a great way to burn calories.
Aerobics- A low impact, strength training workout for any age. Throw in a fun and truly effective use of the exercise balls and it’s not a workout, but an exercise experience.
Tai Chi- The Chinese art of moving meditation. Graceful, low impact moves that focus on balance, breathing, stretching, and turning. Join this class if you need to lower your blood pressure, improve your balance, increase muscle tone, and coordination.
Pilates- This mat class is designed to provide a series of exercises that improve flexibility, alignment, posture, coordination of movement and strength in the abdominal muscles and back. The premise for the work is to strengthen smaller muscle groups to support larger muscles.
Yogaflow- This class is a wonderful complement to your other workouts. You will develop strength, flexibility, and balance. You also learn to relax. EVERYONE needs this class. (1 hour)
Gentle Yoga- This basic class goes at a slower pace and explains the moves in more detail. (1 hour)
Aqua Aerobics- This class works the cardiovascular system and includes muscle conditioning and is less stressful to the joints than land aerobics.
Hydrotone Plus- This 1-hour class combines aerobics for cardio benefits and utilizing the hydrotone equipment for superior strength training. Multi-level class. Use of equipment is optional.
Arthritis Plus- This class is designed for those with arthritis or who are in need of rehab exercise. Range of motion is to increase flexibility. This is an Arthritis Foundation approved class. (45 minutes)
Water Walking- Moderately paced exercise using long, powerful moves through the water to tone and stretch the muscles. (40 minutes)
Deep Water- This non-impact, multi-level class is held outdoors (weather permitting). Swimming ability is suggested.
Power Water- 45 minutes of basic moves with high intensity.
Lap Swimming- Lap swimming is available during all club hours, but not during scheduled aqua classes. Only the 3 lanes closest to the outdoors are reserved.
Instructional Lap Swim- A 60-minute class instructed by a master swimmer. Class covers all aspects of swimming.
